About Shipping

 

Rupunzels Hair Boutique is only responsible for shipping up until the point your package is dropped off or picked up by the shipping company.  We are not responsible past this point.  All efforts are made for timeline given.

To ship to the countries listed above, place your order using Rupunzels Hair Boutique Checkout. Rupunzels Hair Boutique will ship your order to you using UPS Worldwide Express or via Canada Post. Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below for additional information.

 

Duties & Taxes

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Rupunzels Hair Boutique cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
